Description of object
The house was established in 2007 in traditional massive construction method. It orders more than 3 rooms to be rented, 2 baths, 1 kitchen and all around terrace surfaces. The living space amounts to approx. 120 square metres. A room with double bed is in the ground floor and has direct access to the bath with shower outside. One finds two rooms with two beds in the upper floor. These rooms have balcony surfaces all around and a shower-bath with WC. From all terraces and balcony surfaces one has a marvellous look in the tropical garden or on the rice fields. In the garden one can harvest own bananas, papaya or coconuts.
Location of object
The house lies in the western quiet part Ubuds between „Monkey Forest “ and „Tjampuhan River “ with a little used dead end. The local centre with all conceivable shopping possibilities and entertainment possibilities is removed only approx. 10 minutes by foot.

Ubud belongs to the most interesting places of Bali, because here coloured temple parties and processions take place over and over again, daily there are dance performances. Many artists and art craftsmen have sat down here and in the surroundings. Many travelling possibilities along the rice fields or the rivers provide an unforgettable impression. Ubud and surroundings have to offer for everybody something. Is sure: for body and soul is provided.
