Fully furnished house 'Melati Gading House' with a garden and pool for max 5 persons. Total land size is 300 sqm, 140 qm is the house, have a separate room for a pembantu (maid/servant).
Gas, water and electric are available and are included in the price. There are 3 bedrooms equipped with air-conditioning. Two bathrooms include hot water and shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge and kitchen machine. There is separate dining room, veranda, garage, washmachine and separate bathroom for personal.

Our house is located in a quite residence area with a garden and veranda close to Culturpark Garuda Wishnu Kencana/GWK and University Udayana, is about 15 minutes from the airport. Kuta and Legian is about 20 minutes away by car and the beach from Jimbaran, Dreamland or Nusa Dua is located around 2-5 km from the house. Rent a vehicle is to recommend, because public transport in this area is very irregular .
