Description of objectEARLY BIRDS DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR MAY, JUNE AND SEPTEMBER 2012!Villa Felicity is a comfortable, spacious and tastefully designed two-storey villa, which lies in the mid of the restful villa area “Izgrev”, nearby the summer seaside resort Albena. The resort is some 4 km away from the villa, which is not more than five minutes’ drive to the wide sandy beaches and all amenities you can find there – a horse riding base, souvenirs shops, SPA centre, traditional restaurants with live music, water sport facilities and children entertainments. The beautiful private garden in front of the holiday property contributes to the relaxing atmosphere plus the pool to cool off after a long day in the sun – there is nothing more you can ask for. The villa has been recently build and furnished to offer a homely coziness to a group of up to 8 people. The ground floor comprises a large and well appointed living room with kitchen, dining and lounge areas, two bedrooms – one double and a twin bedroom – a shower room with a cubicle. The kitchen is completely fixed with a fridge with freezer, oven, 2 electric hobs, extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen robot, el. kettle and all utensils. A dining table with 6 chairs is comfortably situated inside next to the kitchen. If you prefer dining al-fresco, there is an outside table with another 6 chairs under the covered terrace with an inbuilt BBQ and movable grill just right to the villa. The wonderful sea view, which you will enjoy from every corner of the house or the garden, will make you fall in love with this property. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor with easy access from the living room and each with a patio door leading directly to the garden and the pool area. On the same floor there is a fully fitted shower-room with wash basin and toilet. The other two bedrooms (one double and one twin), located on the first floor of the house are accessed through an outside staircase and a separate entrance on the back side of the house, which is quite convenient, if teenagers come back a bit late after a party. These bedrooms are furnished with a wardrobe or dresser with mirror, a plastic table with 2 chairs and have a direct access to a balcony with a magnificent view over the sea, the garden and pool. Both bedrooms on the first floor share a shower-room with entrance from the corridor. As an extra – the pool comes with Jacuzzi nozzles and the garden with a swing. Notes: Air-conditioning is available only in the living room and in the corridor on the first floor, but not in the bedrooms, although they can be cool off from the air-conditioned rooms. Free Wi-Fi available. Secure parking inside the yard is provided for 1 car. Another one can be parked on the street in front of the villa. CCTV and house security system available. Pool dimensions are: 5 x 4.50 x 1.60 m. Six sun lounges. Satellite TV is available only in the living room. The resort is situated only 30 km away from Bulgaria's sea capital Varna. It is remarkable for its 6-km long beach. With the average temperature of the air is 27° C and that of the water 24° C, Golden sands is the right place for sea- and sunbaths from May to October. Distanced only 18 km from Varna city and about 25 km from the internation airport, the resort offers great variety of entertainments for all ages - parents with children, youths, elderly. Aladja monastery: It is the most famous rock monastery at the Bulgarian Coast, one of the many monc cloisters, existed in 13-14 century. Dobrich: Due to its generous land, the area of Dobrich town is called the ‘Granary of Bulgaria’. Dobrich is the eighth most populated town in Bulgaria, being the centre of the historical region of Southern Dobrudja, and is located 30 km west of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, not far from resorts such as Albena, Balchik, and Golden Sands. Some of the sights in Dobrich are the museum of Yordan Yovkov (great Bulgarian writer), the 'Old town' of Dobrich with different handcraft workshops, the ruins of a Middle Ages settlement, the ancient necropolis and a big number of monuments.
