Description of object

This is a tastefully furnished one level villa with air conditioning and electrical heating. The
villa is composed of separate day and night areas. In the day area there is a fully equipped kitchen
and a large living/dining room with a table, two sofas and a tv set with sat-tv (receiving several
foreign channels) dvd player and playstation. In the night area there is a corridor with two twin
rooms, a bathroom and a double room with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a large fenced garden paved in cotto with fruit trees (lemon, peach. cherry), an
external shower (ideal when returnig from the beach) and two patios (equipped with tables and
chairs) where you can have outdoor dining with our barbecue.
In the garden we have placed a removable swimming pool (diameter 3,66 mt.)in use during the summer
months and a ping pong (tabletennis) table.
Parking place for two cars inside the garden.
A cot and a high chair are available for families with babies.
This is an excellent base for day trips to Naples and the
surrounding area (Sorrento,Capri,Ischia,Positano,the Amalfi coast,
Pompeii,Herculaneum to name a few) or even to Rome.
Back from the trips you can sunbathe or relax in the garden or go for
a swim and end the day with a bbq or dining with the best mozzarella
in Italy or maybe a delicious pizza.
This is an ideal destination all year round : in summer for those
who just want to relax all day on the quiet sandy beach and in the
other seasons for more active guests willing to explore the beauties
of southern Italy avoiding summer crowds and temperatures.

The villa is located in a residential pinewood area in the holiday town of Baia Domizia, near the town of Mondragone.
Quiet sand beaches are within 5 minutes walking distance.
Also at walking distance there are several shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants/pizzerias.
2 km's away there is the lively town center with more shops, markets, bars, seasonal cinemas and more.
There are lots of sporting opportunities: tennis, football, go-karts, horse riding, golf and of course sea sports.
The area is renowned for the best mozzarella cheese in Italy .
For wine lovers in the area there is one of the most famous wineries in Southern Italy called Villa Matilde where it is possible to have wine tastings, dine and of course buy a few bottles to bring home.
