Description of objectThe Watermill with waterfall and sauna is situated by the Badebodaån river which pours in the Urasjö and Kållen lakes. Älghult, Åseda Småland South-Sweden - 260 m² (= 2.798,62 ft²) - kitchen – livingroom –3 bedrooms – 7 beds and 1 bunkbed – prices based on 6 persons - every extra person pays 800SEK/¤ 85,- per week – suitable for 2 families. The Watermill lies directly by the Badebodaån river and is build in 1925. In the past few years the whole house has been fully renovated into a magnificent holiday house where all the old characteristics (like the grindstone) are preserved. It is a house full of charm and it has the real Småland character, complete with red wood and white framework windows. A holiday house in a nice, quiet and secluded area with a magnificent lake-view. The lake is next to the house and can be seen from every window in the house. The Watermill has three floors and has a total living area of 260 m². On the groundfloor you will find a very big kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor has a big hall which leads to three bedrooms. On the second floor you will find a very large and atmospheric living room. Description of the property - Kitchen with electric stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and kitchen equipment and a wood stove. - Bathroom with shower and toilet. Hot and cold water. - The living room has a large open fire place, sofa and chairs, TV, DVD and VCR. - One bedroom with double-bed and single-bed. - One bedroom with double-bed. -One bedroom with 2 beds and a bunkbed. - Sauna by the lake. - All rooms in the house have a wonderful view on the lake. - Terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Local service and surroundings The Watermill is situated in the Uppvidinge kommun where lakes, creeks and streams start their journey all the way up to the see on the East coast of Sweden. With 231 lakes, the Uppvidinge kommun is known to be the largest lake area in Sweden. In the direct neighbourhood of The Watermill, you will find a local bar and an Emmaus (2nd hand sale). The villages Åseda and Älghult are at a distance of about 15 kilometres (= 9,32 miles). Here you can find restaurants, shops and a bank. Beautiful hiking- and cycling paths just around the corner. Price and availability We rent out The Watermill all year round. Arrival day is Saturday, minimum rent is for one week. Under low season, short time renting is possible.
