Description of objectThis splendid 5 double bedroom house has a dominant position overlooking the entire Lake Geneva and facing the Alps and the Mont Blanc.It is 25 minutes away from the Geneva airport and only 7 minutes away from nearest ski slopes. This modern high standard chalet-house, has central floor heating and all modern amenities including a Sauna for 4 people and its adjacent shower, central vacuum cleaner, microwave, washer-dryer and a double garage with automated doors. The house has high speed internet and Wi-Fi, international digital HD TV channels as well as a 56 inch (145cm) Flat screen TV with Muti-Zone DVD player. NOTE: This house comes with 3 very kind and family loving yet independent cats. These cats are able to come in and out of the house freely via cat-flap and can be confined to the laundry/back-entrance part of the house at night where they also have their food if desired. Despite the cats, the house is entirely anti-alergenic, free of carpets and with anti-alergenic duvets and pillows. During your stay you will be asked to feed the cats once a day (dry food) and to have an animal friendly attitude. The surrounding nature and the house cats will be thankful. If you do not wish to stay with the cats we can remove them at an extra cost. Please ask for further details . All our previous guests either specially booked the house for the cats, or thoroughly enjoyed their stay with them. We hope you do so too! Location of objectThe House is situated at the forest edge of the Arzier village. It benefits from an easy car access and roads that are cleared of snow by the council. Its location is very calm, many birds and wild animals can bee seen undisturbed. The house is located on a large dominant parcel overlooking the entire Lake Geneva region.Town: Switzerland, Lake geneva, Jura, France voisine, ArzierArzier benefits from a uniquely dominant position over the lake Geneva and the magnificent panoramic views over the whole lake, the alps and the Mont Blanc. It is very sunny and only 7 minutes away from St Cergue and its slopes and only 15-20 minutes away from La Dôle nd La Cure, two more ski resort that are very family friendly.The St Cergue, la Cure and La Dôle ski region offers night skiing, official public and private Swiss ski schools and many other entertaining and educational activities. Being only 35 kilometers away from either Geneva or Lausanne, all the nightlife, concerts restaurants, theatre and shopping of the big city literally lie at your feet. You can even see the Geneva fountain from the house\\\'s living rooms. Champery, Gstaad, Crans Montana, Zermat and Verbier resorts are all under 2 hours drive away, which is perfectly suitable for day excursions.
