Description of objectThe one-family house has a large sunny garden with, fenced with barbecue and terrace. The spacious living and dining area (Soggiorno) with open fireplace and comfortable couches to chillout. The adjacent kitchen with large table assigned to the common eating, playing and inviting you to celebrate. The kitchen is equipped with a beautiful wooden kitchen. The soil on the ground floor is tiled. From the living area leads a staircase upstairs. Here is the master bedroom that has a double bed beside the child room with 4 single beds. Both bedrooms lay with their balcony on the south-east side of the building. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, double sink, mirror cabinet and washing machine. In addition, an external toilet / bidet is housed. From the nursery leads a wooden staircase into the attic studio, which is equipped with four single beds.Linnen, Bath and hand towels are included. Consumption costs for electricity and water are included. Gas is billed according to individual consumption. It is possible to park on the Ground with a 4-wheel car. Location of objectThe House is situated near Argegno, a City between Como and Menaggio in Front of the Valley Intelvi with directly access to Lake Como and the Lake Lugano.Above the small village of Cerano lies on the periphery of the forest the romantic Stone House with all necessary comfort. A small grocery store in town for your daily needs is 5 minutes walking distance. The greater need (supermarket) can be covered in the 4 km away San Fedele. For golfers a great mountain golf course is within 8 km distance. The Lido in Argegno is only 4 km away. There you can rent a deck chair and umbrella and chillout all day and in the water or on the beach. In between the corresponding Pizzeria is committed to your well.Town: Italy, Val Intelvi, ArgegnoCerano is an old small village.The 'Rustic Val Intelvi' is above Argegno in the forest between meadows and a mountain stream, it is accessible by a small road. From here you can take small or long hikes in the mountains of Lake Como. The Swiss border is reached by walk in 5 km and the mountains of Ticino opens wide about it. Optional: From 4 persons per additional person (max. 10 people) a surcharge of ¤ 10, - per day. For max. 2 dogs ¤ 6 per day. Firewood (dry beech wood) could be ordered: 40 ¤ per 100 kg (about 3-6 nights, depending on fire intensity). Internet Stick for Italy: ¤ 40 per week.
