Description of objectBright and friendly, 179m2 big house on three floors.Spacious holiday home, 3 bedrooms with double beds, one with balcony, a lounge/living room with balcony and a roof terrace plus breakfast area and kitchenette, a lounge/dining room with kitchen (a refrigerator with freezer, oven, 4 ring stove, microwave, washing machine and dryer), two bath rooms plus an extra toilet. The rooms are equipped in a modern homelike atmosphere. Location of objectThe house is located in northern Spain in the westernmost part of Navarre, and in the foothills of the Pyrenees. It is centrally located for tourist excursions, museum visits, visits to wineries or to drive in the mountains or to the Atlantic Ocean.Pamplona, the city with the famous Bull Run during San Fermin in July is only 30 min away. Estella founded in the Middle Ages on the Way of St. James is easily accessible within 45 minutes and Roncesvalles in the Pyrenees within an hour. For swimming it takes you about 50 min to the beaches of San Sebastian (La Concha) or 70 min to the French Atlantic coast (e.g. Bidart / Biarritz). You drive 36 minutes to Vitoria / Gasteitz for shopping and 60 minutes to Bilbao (e.g. Guggenheim Museum). To La Rioja it is only a day trip. The Spanish province is not only known for their excellent reds (Bodega visits), but also as one of the most important areas of Lower Cretaceous dinosaur tracks in southern Europe. Town: Spain, Pyrenäen, Arbizu - PyrenäenCasa Reparaz is located in the picturesque Basque village Arbizu (Navarre) in a quiet old village centre location. But Arbizu is easily accessible by the A-10. Arbizu has about 1,100 inhabitants.It is located in the heart of Sakana, the valley of the River Arakil amidst magnificent mountain scenery. The mountain ridges of the Aralar and the Urbasa - Andía that framed the valley are designated as nature parks. The valley has extensive grazing and agricultural land and mixed forests of oak, beech and chestnut trees, the plateaus of mountains beech forests and a unique Karst landscape. The landscape charmed by its beauty and diversity. The surroundings of Arbizu is suitable for walks and hikes on marked trails in the middle of the woods or on the plateaus of mountains, for mountaineering, cycling, and for geological, botanical, ornithological or archaeological excursions. Several routes show megalithic burial mounds. They are also in the neighbouring province of Alava directly accessible by car. In the village is a sports centre with an indoor pool, a Turkish bath, sauna, fitness centre and a Fronton (Basque pelota sports hall). Further open-air baths are in the neighbouring villages Lakuntza and Etxarri-Aranaz or drives to the lake of Alloz, about 35 minutes. Dining options are 6 restaurants and bars with Basque cuisine.
