This very charming villa in the area of Son Rotger, Alcudia, was built in 2005 and is only a short drive away from Alcudia and Port de Alcudia. The huge and very natural piece of land promises absolute tranquility and unique panoramic views. The very long and sandy beaches in Alcudia and the famous golf court in Aucananda are within a short drive. The North of the island offers apart from sandy beaches and the sea a lot of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. all year round. The very spacious and airy villa with a well maintained garden offers 3 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and an ample lounge/dining room with direct access on the terrace with barbecue area and the private swimming pool behind enjoying impressing views on the countryside, mountains and the sea from here. The villa can be booked all year round due to its heating throughout the house. The international airport in Palma is within a 30 minutes drive from the house.
