Terras Novas is a private condominium which has a southern aspect and is situated in an elevated positiom on the outskirts of the popular resort of Albufeira. The 3 bedroom integrated villas have been built to an exceptional standard using the latest technology and techniques. Each of the spacious bedrooms is light and airy, has ample wardrobe space and is tastefully decorated. The modern fully fitted kitchen has everything that is required for both long and short stays, including an American style fridge/freezer. The attractive lounge/dining area has double glazed patio doors that lead to the balcony which overlooks the communal pool and the surrounding landscape. Each property has the benefit of its own private garden which has a gate that gives access to the attractive swimming pool and BBQ area.
Location of objectThe resort is located approximately 3 kms from the popular town of Albufeira. It is in a hillside location and has views of of the Algarvian landscape and the sea in the distance.
Town: Portugal, Albufeira, AlbufeiraAs a result of the tide of tourism this once upon a time fishing village has expanded since the 1960s into a major holiday resort and now has over 12,000 permanent residents. The centre of the town changes its character after the sunsets. A plentiful collection of bars, restaurants and clubs start to fill-up with the tourist until they overspill into the narrow streets. There is a good selection of good beaches run both to the east and west from the town. Praia de Balaia, Praia de Castelo, Praia de Falésia, Praia de Galé, Olhos d’Agua, Praia de Maria Luisa, and Praia de São Rafael, being the main ones. There is a small museum of 15th and 17th century Ming ceramics and a Municipal art gallery that holds regular exhibitions during the year. A new Marina has been completed on the west side of the town and offers a different and colourful aspect.
