Holiday home (120 m2) is build in modern style on 1.000 m2 own ground. It has a large garden with a swimming pool of 23 sqm and is situated close to the historic Byzantine church of Agios Dimitrios. Visitors get the tranquility of the Countryside but also the convenience of being very close to the busy life of the Cretan cities.
All rooms have air conditioning. In front of the covered terrace is a beautiful garden with swimming pool. From the terrace you can see the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. There is a large living and dining area with fireplace and large screen for satellite TV. Next door is the large fully equipped kitchen with a solid kitchen table for 6. The hallway leads to the guest WC, master bathroom with tub and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have twin beds, one has a double bed. Wardrobes are provided in sufficient number and size.
