Situated at the summit of the prestigious McCarthy Hill on the outskirts of Greater Accra, Fairwoode Villa is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with guest toilet, 2 carport and self contained boys-quarted home with a basement and open plan sitting and dining room. This Swiss style architecture was built using simple, old fashioned wooden beams as well as cantilevered balconies spanning 2 sides of the sitting room.
The view from FairWoode Villa is a unique combination overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, its corresponding valley leading to the large Weija Dam as well as well as the other smaller hills in the surrounding area.
This is an ideal holiday home placed within a vast area of 51/2 plots of land that sleeps up to 8 persons but can also serve as a Christian prayer hideaway or a corporate board room lock down for all ages.
We want you to feel at home with modern bedroom and bathroom furnishing, air-conditioning, internet wireless and over 50 channels of TV to watch. We however have a quaint 45-year old antique sitting room set and dining facilities which goes to show the nature of the home mostly cast in wood. Soft furnishing and amenities include cotton bed and bathroom linen with curtains, soft lighting and a fully functional kitchen. There are also gym facilities, a brand new washing machine with heaters and a functional generator.

Fairwoode Villa is located at the summit of McCarthy Hill a little way down the other side away from the city and overlooking the road leading to Cape Coast. It is in a very secluded area but accessabilty is good from the main Kaneshie-Kasoa road.
