Castelo de Abrantes The Castelo de Abrantes, Abrantes also called Fortress, in Ribatejo, located in the parishes of St. John and St. Vincent, the municipality of Abrantes, Santarém District, Portugal. Dominant on a hill on the right bank of the Tagus River, formerly constituting the so-called Line of the Tagus, is also part of the Tourist Region of the Templars. Convento de Santo António The Convento de Santo Antonio de Abrantes is located in São Vicente (Abrantes), district of Santarém. Assumed to have been founded in 1526. Currently, this building there are only the ruins of an aqueduct and convent with 17 arches around perfect. Power S.
