Tropical private garden, well enclosed, connected at green area with breathtaking vieuw in valley. It is located in a residential area. Quiet lain villa at l' Ametlla the mar in urbanisation Les Tres Cales. Villa is situated where the garden is connecting with a natural green area. Beautiful vieuw overlooking the valley. Pivate well enclosed garden 700m2. Distance to the sea 3000m. In the villa costs still effort have been saved. So your holiday comfort is optimally. Classification The living has arranged with sitting and dining room. Digital satellite TV, video, DVD and CD music centre is present. Two double gardendoors provides you access at round covered terrace with teak wooden dining table. An open well equipped kitchen with cooker on gas, refrigirator with freeze, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, orange juice press, etc. Complete crockery and cutlery sets, glasses and table accessoires are bundantly present. The villa has three bedrooms. One has a double bed (1.40x2.00m) and large bookcase + connecting with a bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The two other bedrooms share the second bathroom also with bath, bidet, toilet washbasin. One bedroom is provided with two single beds (90x1.90m) and large bookcase. The thrid bedroom is provided with two times two single stablebeds (90x2.00) this gives sleepingcomfort for 4 persons. This bedroom also has acces to the covered terrace. All bedrooms are provided with continental quilt and pillows. A separte room provides in Washing machine and dishwasher. There is also an outside shower with hot and cold water. This villa is surrounded with tropical plants and a lawn. Beautiful palmtrees which connect you from the pool with the vieuw over the valley. A huge private pool (5x10sqm) kidneyform is providing with a walk in chair and it has been preserved with mosaic flags and has halogen lightening. There is also a JACUZZI. The Sunterrace of 80sqm. Provided with suncouches and pillows this to increase your comfort. In the garden is a barbecue, teakwooden table, chairs (8persons). Also a lovely vieuw on the pool and valley. The villa is provided with teak furniture all provide with pillows, this to increase your comfort. In this villa is a cot and baby chair. The villa has been protected with iron grills and shutters for all windows and doors. This villa has a drive and parking for two cars. Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea with its crystalline water, pine trees reaching the sea and an excellent cuisine thanks the fish caught by l'Ametlla's own fishing fleet. L'Ametlla de Mar has a 14 km long coastline which is formed of wonderful cliffs where you can discover, little by little bays of incredibly crystalline, blue water surrounded by rocks and pine trees, bays with fine, white sand like Cala del Trevol, Calafat, Sant Jordi, Others with pebble beaches such as the Xelin etc. Llenya or the natural harbour of L'Estany.
