Description of object

It’s a beautiful old house by the sea.
The house consists of one double bedroom (1 double bed), a large living room (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, a large veranda. At the garden surrounding the house, there is a stoned build traditional cooker where you can practice your skills in Greek traditional cuisine.
Just down the stairs from the garden you jump directly to the deep blue of the Aegean Sea.
Just down the left side of the garden, there is a small natural gulf, witch can be used for one or two small boats if the sea condition allows.

Location of object

The house is located at the north end of Plaka beach. Within 200m but with no direct view, there is Hotel EDEN, which has a nice restaurant by the sea.
The house might be approached by the beach from Agios Ioannis village or by a private road coming down the mountain from Anilio village (or Agios Ioannis - Agios Dhmitrios Road).
Approaching from the beach there are a 50m walk distance on the rocks untill the house, so is not that easy if the sea is not calm and generally not easy for people who cant walk on the rocks (see pictures 2 and 8 to get the idea).
The house can only be approached by foot or by boat if the sea condition allows.
Parking distance to the house (see picture 18): 40m from countryside road with a 4x4 car or 160m with conventional car(sloped path) 2)200m from EDEN HOTEL through the beach (including a rocky part).

Agios Ioannis is a very famous summer resort in Pelion, and has visitors from both all over Greece and the world coming to visit. It is a beautiful village by the sea with a very large and beautiful beach with white pebbles that resemble pearls. You will find restaurants, tavernas, café bars, pubs, minimarkets and souvenir shops.
Some 500 meters away north of Aghios Ioannis you will find Plaka, the most beautiful beach of Pelion. You can enjoy your summer holidays at a place where the richest and greenest vegetation meats the endless and bluest of all seas.

It is an ideal place to isolate with friends, relax and enjoy the spectacular sea view from every single part of the house, swim in swim out, as the rocky beach is just in front of the house and the sandy beach no more than 50 meters.
Booking can be arranged for a minimum of one month untill the end of April. For shorter period rentals please contact us from May. Seasonal or annual rates can be arranged.
