The apartment has 2 balconies one over looking the pool area. There is one shower room with toilet and also one separate toilet. Washing machine, microwave,large fridge freezer and 2 ring hob and smoke alarm are contained in kitchen.TV and DVD in living area. The complex has 2 pools one large and one smaller pool. There are 2 bars and an excellent outdoor restaurant called The Jolly Moose. There is 24 hour security on site. You are 500m away from 'Blue Flag' award winning beach & 5 minutes walk from bars and restaurants, 30 minutes from airport. A 24 hour shop is also available on complex. Air-conditioning in all rooms plus cable tv.

Sunny Victory is in the northside of sunny beach to the rear of Victoria Palace. It is in a quiet street but five minutes walk to nightlife and restaurants. You are 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop which can take you for 1 lev to the ancient town of Nessabar.You are 25 minutes walk to the centre of Sunnybeach or 10 minutes in the small train.
