The area enjoys the natural surroundings of the ocean and forest. The house has a full view of the sea and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge at the Bosporus. It is in a quiet, peaceful area with a private garden full of trees which is very suitable for kids. Home is fully sunny. Kurucesme apartment is located on the hill and near to Ulus park with kids garden, night clubs, church and historical old cemetery. It is 7 minutes walking distance to the seaside.Kurucesme is an elegant old town with great architectual value along the Bosporus seaside. There are many attractions like concert area, night clubs, pubs, restaurants, cafe gardens, sport centers nearby and even a running path along the seaside from kurucesme up to sarıyer . It is centrally located to vibrant nightlife, just minutes away from clubs such as the popular REINA, SORTIE, KURUCESME ARENA, AŞŞK CAFE, CLUB29, SUNSET, BLACK. Also close to Galatasaray, Bogaziçi, Bahçeşehir universities. There is a gross market, grocers, local bazaar, taxi stops and ATMs. The home has three rooms: one with a full double bed, one with two single beds, and a living room with a sofa bed. Town: Turkey, besıktas-kurucesme, ıstanbul-kurucesmeIstanbul is the second large of city in Europe with 17 milion people. There are 13 centres in the city.In between two continent. It is very normall for people to travel minimum 2-3 hours a day in trrafic. It takes min 40 min to reach to another town. My many guests ask if this is centrall location. Yes it is very centrall. But it is also hard to say it is centrall for other 9 centres :) You can not see whole İstanbul in 1 week or 10 days.. This is most vibrant location in the bosporous seaside and it takes 40-50 min to Asian side, Taksim, Sultanahmet which is very normall for us. Neighbour towns are Kadıkoy( Asian side), Taksim, Sultanahmet, Beşiktaş, Levent, Etiler, Sarıyer, Maslak, Mecidiyekoy..
