We live in upper flat and the part of the villa is completely indepent. It is only 30 meter to the sea. All of rooms have sea view. It has a big living room with one or two extra portable beds and open kitchen and one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom and toilet and full furnitured including TV, washer, Internet acces available (1024 Mb. DSL)etc.It has big grass garden. There are 5 villas in the courtyard (in the big green grass garden) they are like a small site. The citizenship of other inhabitants are German, French, American and myself. Our recidence is 2 km far from the village. Also there is a small market near the villa The rental price is 400 Euro for high season ( 01.06 - 30.09 ), 300 Euro for mid.season ( 01.04 - 31.05 and 01.10 - 30.11 ) and 200 Euro for low season ( 01.12 - 31.03 ) ..
