Description of objectThe Ibiza-holiday flat is above a 300 sqm house and has a separate entrance from the garden. On the 2000 sqm grounds there are palm trees, orange trees, banana trees, fig trees, bougainvilleas and many other Balearic plants and ornamental shrubs. The large pool with sitting area invites the guests to go swimming. The guests can use the sunloungers, the air mattresses as well as a 1.40 m bed with cushions in the pool area.The barbecue area with torches invites the guests to have a relaxed barbecue, and in the comfy open-air BAR you’ll get an unforgettable holiday feeling. At night, the barbecue area offers a great view of the illuminated pool, and the guests can enjoy the wonderful ' Ibiza air ' with its mixed scent of flowers and sea breeze. It is exactly the right place for party fans to get into the right mood for a long night. On the other side of the house, there is a quiet and romantic chill-out corner with cushions where guests can end the evening by candlelight or have a relaxed breakfast in the morning. This beautiful Ibiza - holiday flat is surrounded by island-typical vegetation and offers a distant view of Ibiza-City and the sea. This holiday flat is furnished with matching colours and equipped with all modern conveniences. The Ibiza - holiday flat ( 80 sqm ) is above the altogether 300 sqm house and has a separate entrance from the garden. The guests can use a large 4 x 12 m pool with sitting area, a barbecue area with torches, an open-air BAR and a comfortable chill-out corner with many cushions. The guest flat has 2 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. The 'orange room' is equipped with a walk-in closet, a fireplace, a TV with 120 channels, music, air-conditioning, central gas heating, a double bed with four-poster bed as protection against mosquitoes and partly carpeted floors. From this room, 2 steps lead to the spacious bathroom with double sink, bathtub/shower, bidet and toilet as well as gas heating. The 'wine-red-pink room' is equipped with a china cupboard, a double bed with four-poster bed, air-conditioning, central gas heating, a table and 2 armchairs as well as an extra bed for a 5th person. Altogether 2-5 persons can stay in the flat. You are more than 5 people ? In this case, the Ibiza-guest rooms can be booked in addition to the flat for together 7 Persons The kitchen comprises a fridge, an oven, 4 hot plates, a coffee machine, an electric water kettle, a toaster, dishes, saucepans, cutlery, etc. At night, the balcony offers a view of the illuminated castle and you can have a relaxed chill-out by candlelight.... Location of objectA short way from the village, on the main road towards Eivissa, you’ll reach the party temples “Amnesia” and “ Privilege” (formerly Ku). From the holiday flat it is a two minutes’ walk to the Privilege club, an eight minutes’ walk to the Underground club and a ten minutes’ walk to Sant Rafael. Cars can be parked right in front of the house. The Amnesia is a five minutes’ drive or a 15 minutes’ walk away. The bus stops towards Ibiza-City and towards San Antonio are also within a few minutes’ walking distance.If you drive from the centre towards Santa Eulària, you’ll pass a horse race track, where – at irregular intervals – other events take place, as well. From the church hill, the view stretches all the way to the city. The majestic chapel was built in the 18th century. In the immediate vicinity of the country church, there are two very exclusive restaurants, the ' Elephant ' and the ' El Ayoun'. Both restaurants are also frequented by celebrities such as Paris Hilton or Robbie Williams who can be spotted here every now and then. At night, the roof terrace of the Elephant – restaurant offers a magnificent view of illuminated Ibiza-City. There is also a very good barbecue restaurant at Sant Rafael called 'Can Pilot' where the food is very good and very cheap – fresh from the grill – an insider tip ! The modern centre comprises various houses, bars and shops, a video store, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a bank, a Spar and an Internet-CAFE !
