The apartments are newly built, and house 6 people. The apartments are identical and have the following rooms.

•Living room with a comfortable 2-person sleeping sofa and satellite television.
•Dining room with a hatch to the kitchen.
•Kitchen with gas cooker, oven, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
•Master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and sink.
•Second bedroom
with twin beds and en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
There is also an outside terrace for the main floor apartment, a balcony for the upper floor apartment and a 110 m2 large terrace on the roof, accessible for both apartments.

Holiday home
The holiday home dates from 2005 and is suitable for 2 people, and children. It is built in a simple, African fashion and fully surrounded by walls. It contains the following rooms.

•Living room with a dining table, couch, television with DVD player and a fan.
•Bedroom with a 2-person bed and a spare mattress.
•Bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink
•Kitchen with a gas cooker and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle and a hatch to the living room.
•Veranda, adjacent to the living room and lockable.
•Terrace, fully tiled with storage space.

The house has electricity and water, and all doors, windows and the veranda are fitted with fly screen. There is permanently a watchman present, with a separate living area and entrance.
