Description of objectJust a minute walk to the Votiv Church, 5 minutes to the City Hall and the Burgtheater, less than 15 minutes to Stephansdom.Our newly renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor (elevator) of a beautiful, classical 19th century quiet building in the center of Vienna. The 64 m, fully furnished and very quiet city apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and is laid out as follows: - Entrance hall (shared with owner) - Living room/bedroom: has a sofa (which can also be used as a bed for two persons), 1 large closet, 37' Full HD flat-screen TV with access to our DVD collection, 2.1 home-cinema system, working area, 2 single beds, bookshelf with books about Austria and Vienna, maps and more. A card mobile phone is available (you pay only the used units at the end of your stay). - Master bedroom: 160x200 bed, closet and boudoir. - Kitchen fully equipped including cutlery, cooking utensils and other necessary tableware for six people. - Bathroom: Bathtub, separate shower, 2 wash basins and towels. Iron/ironing board. Towels and linen are included. For longer stays the apartment is cleaned every week; towels and bed linen changed. Other equipment/services available at extra charge - please inquire. Discounts for children up to 12yo; Babies equipment available at extra charge. All prices for 1-2 persons; each extra person +10¤/night/person.

Town: Austria, Wien Zentrum, WienOur flat is at walking distance of all city centre historical sites (no more than 5 minutes walk to Votiv Church, University, City Hall, Freyung, Cafe Central...etc/ 10 minutes to Hofburg, Cathedral and main shopping streets.It is located in a very elegant and safe area of the center. Architecture fans will appreciate the superb 19th century buildings, including the one where the flat is. Lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars in the vicinity, a traditional Viennese Cafe house at the ground floor of our building, with traditional Viennese food! For children no less than three playgrounds including a monumental one in the Liechtenstein museum park. All trams to the Wienerwald and the Heuriger leave from Schottentor, the station next door. From the Donaukanl, a 5 minute walk, you can get a day-cruise on the Danube to the Wachau region, or take the boat to Bratislava.
