'Palm Beach' - Luxurious semi-detached duplex apartment on Bertra beach peninsular. An ideal spot for two people.
( + 1 person - extra bed in the gallery study loft - see Accomodation)
The apartment has its own entrance, deck, gallery study upstairs, open fireplace, wireless broadband and parking .

This is a perfect location to combine a climb on Croagh Patrick with a beach holiday ie. swimming, shore- fishing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, sea-kayaking . Close by are Golf Couses and Surfing Beaches as well as hill walking and bird watching areas.

This area is a spectacular cycling area with many marked small cycling roads. Besides Trips to Killery Harbour, Silverstrand the the Islands - there is a cycle lane along the coast from Croagh Patrick to Westport that joins up with the newly opened GREENWAY cycle lane to Newport, Mulranny and Achill Island. (If you can't bring bicycles we can rent you trekking bikes for € 20/week as of mid September 2011)

The Appartment is adjacent to the villages of Murrisk and Levcanvey, the gateway to Croagh Patrick with a couple of Pubs and Restaurants.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac lane under Croagh Patrick, a short stroll from the Blue Flag Beach, the
property enjoys an amazing Mountain vista and partial sea views.

Accomodation: Besides the double bedroom there is potentially a Bed for a third person eg older child/teenager in open gallery overlooking living room - accessible by spiral staircase - not suitable for young children or people with walking difficulties. There is an extra charge of Euro 50 per week or Euro 35 for long weekend for third person staying - regardless of length of stay.
(Price per person / day / incl. services for 2 people in low season approx.15 EUR pp /day - high season approx. 21 EUR pp/day)
