Description of objectLovely new apartment overlooking the sea and Isola dei Cavoli. Large living room/kitchen, double bedroom with large balcony overlooking the sea, second bedroom with bunk beds, separate living room with sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen, kettle, TV, stereo, microwave, air-conditioning and secure private parking. Bedding sheets an towles can be hired for 10 euros extra per person per stay. Also there is a final cleaning fee of 40 euros.
Location of objectThe apartment is a five minute walk from the main square, on the side of the village closest to the beach. It is on a small hill overlooking the village and the sea.

The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the main Simius beach and a short drive to many other beautiful beaches. The village comes alive in summer and the main street is closed to traffic for the passeggiata. Villasimius is a perfect base for tourists with lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
