Two bedroom penthouse on 2 levels with a large terrace overlooking the promenade and the mountains. The first floor apartment consists of living room with balcony access, kitchen, bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom. The second floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and access to a large terrace.
Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, electric heating, air conditioning on both floors, washing machine, free unlimited internet access, two smart TV, bedding and towels, the terrace has garden furniture - table and chairs, pergola and loungers for sunbathing.
The residential complex has a swimming pool.
Apartment for 4 people, but using the two sofa beds can fit up to eight people.

Final cleaning fee - 50 euros.
Underground parking is available at a price of € 20 / week.
Airport transfer 75 euros.
Minimum rental period - one week.
Smoking is not allowed.
No pets allowed.
