Location of objectThe residence is located right next to the park of an old Venetian villa, near the river, in a quiet and reserved spot, on the first floor of a brand new building with private garden, garage and outdoor parking, a few steps away from the 'bus, which connects in minutes to Padua and Venice, close to restaurants and shopping centers.Town: Italy, Venezia, Venezia Mirahe Riviera del Brenta, the picturesque landscape created by the Venetian Republic in 1400.The lush countryside was used for the construction of large and magnificent villas surrounded by luxuriant parks with centuries old trees, used by the Venetian nobility to spend holiday periods on hot summer days. Villas are built and enriched by the works of famous artists such as Palladio, Scamozzi Longhena Zelotti, Tiepolo, Guarana and Zais; the place recalls the novels of Jane Austen and has now become a tourist destination of great interest to both for the unique attractions above described and for the extraordinary closeness to Venice itself (only 15 min.) and its coast resort. The Brenta Riviera is also very popular for its food and wines and boasts many famous seafood restaurants; here it is also possible to organize boat trips to Padua and Venice where you may easily come across one of the many regattas or other historical events such as the Carnival of Venice.
