Description of objectBig sunny studio apartment in Varkiza, the touristic destination in Athens. It has a king sized bed and two single folding beds. It is air conditioned and has a bar style kitchen. At the apartment you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has also a mini washing maschine for your every day needs. (cleans perfectly and fast swimming suits, towels etc). For your internet needs, during your stay you will be given a usb stick from Vodafone, to surf in the net anywhere, inside or outside the apartment. There is a big public parking across the street, near a big children playground.
Location of objectIn walking distance less than 100 meters you can find anything, since the studio is at the center of the district. There is supermarket, beach, children playground, restaurants, cafeterias etc. You can park easily near the studio even in the busy months of summer.
Town: Greece, Varkiza, Variis a partly urbanised area forming part of the municipality of Vari in southern Attica, located east of the Megalo Daktylo (Large Finger). It lies approximately 2 km south of Vari, 22 km S of Athens, SW of the Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport and the Attiki Odos (numbers 6 and 62), NW of Cape Sounio, and south of the Hymettus Ring. This locality is linked with Poseidonos Avenue (GR-91], and is the second most expensive area in Greece.
Forests cover a part of the municipality, but much of the mountainous area is rocky and grassy ; Varkiza has a widely known beach which takes in tennis courts, parkland and fields, restaurants, taverns, complexes and other amenities.
In the summer Varkiza population triples as Varkiza resort is right next to the top summer clubs which are located on the \"Glyfada strip\".
