A vacation apt. newly completely and exclusively renovated, 3 rooms, 1st floor (+Sabbath elevator), fully furnished, in the center of The German Colony.
In the apt.: 2 BR (optional: a use of one) with two baths adjacent, a living room (at night sleeping 2) and a fully accessorized kitchen adopted for Sabbath&Kashrut observers.
Central air conditioning, Cable TVs, wireless ADSL, washing machine, and a dryer. For a long time period a clean of the apt. will be made once a week.
For NS/SS/SK only.
Location: El-Ro'i st., a quiet street and a very short walk distance from Emek-Refa'im.

Fee:
2 people: 300 NIS each per night.
4 people: 200 NIS each per night.
100 NIS for every additional person (up to 6 altogether).
