We reconstruct an old rustico. First bookings may be possible for 2012. As soon as we have finished renovation, we will provide additional information.
If you want to be informed upfront about next steps, please do not hesitate to send a short message and we will register you in our database. Pre-registered customers will receive a special offer from us as soon as we will open the rustico for bookings.
In a first step we will build up two flats in the building. Flat 1 offers a large living room with kitchen and a shower on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and two additional showers on the first floor.
Additionally we plan a swimming pool with the water of the small river on the ground. Solar heating panels shall expand the time where our guests can enjoy this.
