Casa Alícia is a very nice holiday property on the edge of Santo Estevão, Tavira.
The main house of CASA ALÍCIA(100m²) :means the big apartamento for max. 7 sleeps. The room layout was solved very clever so 1-2 or up to 3 bedrooms for max. 7 persons can be booked.
In the living room is additionally premise a sofabed which can be folded out for the 7th person.
All rooms have large windows, directed towards the south with view to the brilliant pool.
In between there is a large private terrace covered by a lovely pergola, enjoy a shady spot…
'CASINHA' (35m²)for max. 2 persons:Just off is situated the cosy Casinha, a small apartment for 2 persons. The living area is combined by a kitchenette, a dining area, sofa, TV and a wood-burner for the winter time.
Next to there is a bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Casinha has its private terrace sitting under a grape arbor where your private barbecue area is located. Strolling to the pool or into the colourful garden is just a stone`s throw away..

Santa Luzia is located west of Tavira, it is a charming little town, worth visit. Santa Luzia is situated directly on the waterfront on the promenade, a few steps to the centre of, which is sybolized by the amazing white church dome. There you have big choice of typical local, restaurants, simple and fine cuisine, very delicious, for lunch or dinner, cafés and little grocery stores for your daily need. A lots of nice coloured fisherboats are anchored in the romantic lagoon of the Ria Formosa (the nature reserve). The lagoon is flowing like a river between the mainland and the offshore islands, a paradies for human beings, flora and fauna.Tavira is situated in the East Algarve, only 20 km drive from the Spanish border. The old roman bridge over the river Gilão connects the two parts of the town. Tavira has a romantic feel, nestling there right on the waterfront. It is said that this is the town with the most churches in the Algarve. Narrow paths, up and down steps and hills, offering fantastic views, lead you to an imposing castle.

Tavira is full of culture and museums, and during the summer you can listen to the wonderful open air music events downtown. Many restaurants, cafés and bars invite you to take a break. During your stay breath in the slow lifestyle of Southern Europe and enjoy!
Tavira has an old and a modern market hall; the old market is often used for exhibitions. For some, Tavira is the pearl of the whole Algarve, form your own opinion.
