Apartment is fully renovated and decorated for using serviced apartment. It has an individual terrace, which is a real terrace, 4 side of terrace has a view; Hagiasophia, Topkapi Palace, Marmara Sea, Avenue...
Apartment has 40m2 net util area, plus 35 m2 terrace. There is also 5 m2 balcony as well, which look to the Divan Yolu Avenue.
There is a king size double bed and also a double sofa-bed for sleeping.
Apartment is fully equipped with all kitchen materials, with hob, microwave, heater, all dishes, plates, glasses (wine glasses as well).
All bills, wireless internet, satellite tv are all inclusive to the prices. All towels & linens are also provided for you. (All towels & linens are periodically washed in high degree before new customer arrives).
**Price is for 2 people, but there is just 10 ¤/night extra person fee for 3th and 4th persons.

You ll just walk 1-2 minutes to go Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and all others. You ll be also able to fo to Taksim by using tram from in front of the apartment (you ll need to use tram from Sultanahmet to Kabatas which is 5 minutes and then from Kabatas, there is another metro, which is just 1 minute from Kabatas).
