This apartment its not any if you want to party. Its a quite safe area in a familyhouse. Apartment is on toopfloor and eleveter takes you up. Please respect NO ONE but the renter may enter the apartment.
If I hear any loudnes party late evening the guest will be evicted imediately from the apartment and must find another place to stay. The rent is forfitted in it's total.
