APARTMENT 1 with three twin bedrooms (sleeps 6) and is on the ground floor. Includes hallway, 3 double bedrooms (2 single beds in each room; sleeps 6 people), kitchen/ living room and bathroom.

- Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and includes: a 4 ring cooker with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, mix-master and toaster.
- The living room has a sofa, easy-chair and coffee-table.

- Dining area with table and seating for 5 people.

Security Deposit: NOK 1000 / EURO 150 / GBP 100
A security deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The deposit will be refunded after the completion of the rental period and once inspection is satisfactory that the property has been left in same condition as found on arrival.

Final Cleaning:
NOK 400 will be added to the rental price.
Note: For rentals of one week or more, final cleaning is included in the price.

Optional Extra:
Bed linen and towels NOK 100 per person per stay.

No parking permit required when renting in House Ryfylke. Parking is free on street.
