Description of objectSouthbroom is South Africa\'s premier Golf destination on South Africa\'s Kwazulu-Natal Coast.This piece of paradise has no high buildings, but is rather scattered with some of the most luxurious resorts, apartments, luxury holiday homes and accommodation is South Africa. Our prices start from about R2,000 to R6,000 per night in 3 to 5 Star Homes and apartments. We even have Golf Estate Homes up to 450m2, fully equipped. Location of objectThe houses and units that we rent out are not all star graded as many are luxury homes bought as a second or third investment / holiday home. Most would be 5Star if graded. They are all very expensive homes / units and they are all fully equipped with the exception of the satellite decoder-card. Many have 4 bedrooms that are all en-suite, two lounges. There is a large patio off of each of the lounges and a gas BBQ on the downstairs patio. The modern kitchen has all the cutlery and crockery required and also has 2 x fridge/ freezers, a microwave, a dishwasher, tumble drier and an automatic washing machine. There are fans in all the rooms and a double garage with automated doors leads into the house. There is a pool in the complex but many homes have their own private pools as well. Size wise the units can be anything from 80-600m2 and security in this village is excellent. There are many units on a Top Golf Course while the area is surrounded by 5 other Golf Courses all within 30min drive. Many of these also offer units on the golf course. Other sporting facilities are tennis and bowls, as well as all the normal holiday options like hiking, horse riding, deep sea fishing and more. All the units in The Tenth are stand alone units so are very private. It is situated on the Tenth Fairway of the Southbroom Golf Course.Town: South Africa, Golf Coast / Hibiscus Coast, SouthbroomSouthbroom has some five kilometers of beautiful seafront and when the Eyles\' brothers set out to develop the town they showed amazing foresight.Preserving all that was best in the original landscape and then by providing larger plots and making generous provision for parks and open spaces, they set Southbroom apart from other neighbouring towns. Today, the township\'s wealth of vegetation is undoubtedly one of its finest assets. And, because strict environmental principals pertaining to all development has been implemented over many years by serving local authorities, Southbroom\'s unique semi-rural character has been preserved. The Frederika Nature Reserve encompassing nearly eight hectares of mature, virgin dune forest extending southwards from the 16th green is rated one of the finest examples of dune forest remaining in Natal. Regarded as extremely fragile in terms of the complex Eco-system, this priceless tract of land was donated by the late Leo Dreissen, shortly before his death in 1977 to the S.A. Nature Conservation. Southbroom has long been described as the \"jewel\" of the South Coast. There is indeed something very self-contained about Southbroom. It offers excellent sporting facilities - golf, tennis and bowls. The beaches are perfect for surfing, swimming or walking. There are excellent fishing spots and in the village you can buy anything from a litre of milk to a prime piece of real estate, find an Architect, engage a builder, buy fine art or quality craft work or even hire the latest movie release on DVD.
