Located in Sosua's finest condominium in a quiet, upscale neighborhood just a few minutes walk from the stores and fine restaurants of Sosua and from Playa Sosua, the best beach on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. No car necessary to enjoy the town and the beach, but a parking space available if you have a car. Security, 24-hour electricity, and laundry service available on property.
Location of objectThe apartment is located the El Neptuno condominium, the best managed condominium on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. It is also the best located condominium since it is just a few minutes walk from the center of town and delightful Sosua Beach. The best water park in the Caribbean is 5 miles away, and world class windsurfing and kite surfing are 8 miles. Ten miles to a large Go-Kart/Bumper Car track and 16 miles to the finest marine park in the Caribbean where you can swim with dolphins and hold a 7-foot nurse shark on your lap. 15 miles to the Brugal Rum factory, where tours are offered, and about the same to the cable car that takes you to the beautiful botanical gardens on the top of Mount Isabel de Torres.
