You can move into a newly renovated building whose shinny facade will be finished construction by the end of the summer. We like to define our penthouse as a place to dream and relax, we care about your comfort, we think we are not only a place to sleep, but more.... for your lovely holidays As you can see from the pictures the apartment is very finely furnished and consists of two combined bedrooms, a large living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom. All prices are shown in Euros During major fairs, events, holidays and other high demand times (please ask for an offer). However we often prefer a minimum 1 weeks stay. These often include : IFA, ITB, Marathon, Christmas, New Years (23th Dec - 6th Jan), etc.. Available for short to medium term sublease. Please ask us about prices for stays of more than one month. And quiet by virtue of being on the top floor.The apartment includes everything you need: Sleeping: -1 King size bed, 1 Queen sized bed (actually 3 mattresses) -For Backup we have an inflatable double decker king sized bed, and 1 single mattress, -1 blue L shaped couch, white couch -Ample quantity of all linens - sheets, towels, comforters, and pillows, replaced in weekly washings Will rent up to 6 people comfortably. However in full combinations of a king size bed, queen-sized beds, pull-out couch, mattresses and inflatable double decker king size mattress in three rooms can accommodate 12 people and 1 children. 4th floor American walk-up, Altbau, high ceilings. Kitchen : -Fully stocked newly renovated kitchen, Microwave, pannini grill, toaster oven, dishwasher, 2 Refrigerators, water boiler/cooker machine, electric stove, Oven, and eat-in kitchen -Electric BBQ (for use on the small balcony please) -))) Everything you could possibly need for breakfast as well as a delightful dinner. -Wood floors -Iron, Hairdryer, Radio -Desk with scanner, printer -Large screen TV and DVD player, surround sound, Wii (please use your own games), DVB-T (aka free German TV) -WiFi G Internet -Swivel chairs - 2 fans and 1 electric indoor fireplace heater depending on the season -optional 50 Euro extra professional cleaning -free maps and guides of the city -pet and kid friendly Town: Germany, Schöneberg , SchönebergWe are in the center of Berlin surrounded by shops, moreover close to Metro stations, bus routes and more.The apartment is located one street behind Hauptsrasse, very close to the Kaiser Wilhelm Passage with many shops and restaurants, including Max and Moritz, Bak Factory, Starbucks, Reicherts, Woolworths, Lidl, the Post Office, several banks and many more on Hauptstrasse and surrounding streets. Julius Leber Brucke on the S1 and Kleistpark on the U7 are the closest train stops. Schoneberg Ring Bahn is close too. There are also many bus lines nearby, including the M45, M85, 104, 106, and the 204 among others. Our street has a childrens elementary school and a fire station and down the street is a remnant of the gas tank frame that is to become an Energy University in 2 years.
