Description of objectThe apartment is perfect for a family of 4 people; two adults and two children. It has one Master suite and a children bedroom, two bathrooms, one of them en-suite with Shower and bath. The kitchen is quite big and fully equipped, and the hall gives way to a huge living-room perfect to relax in the evening. There are two balconies, one facing the Atlantic ocean with a great view of the sea and the swimming pool. It has a private parking space and elevator, making it perfectly suitable for handycapped. Pets are not allowed but smoking is allowed in the balconies. Also available you have a playgroung for children, and some toys. For adult pleasure you have cable tv and wireless and cable internet. The bills are all included in the price.
Location of objectThe apartment is located 7km from the AirPort and 1km from the motorway and the sea, and 6km from the main town Funchal. The building of which that apartment is part is quiet and relaxing. You can stay over and enjoy the pool or watch your children in the playgroung while you have a Nice drink at the balcony.
Town: Portugal, Garajau, Santa Cruz Garajau is located in Santa Cruz, a small quiet village perfect to rest from the stressed everyday life. Here you will find shops, bars and restaurants as well as a very Nice beach with cable car access which you will enjoy and Aldo the possibility of diving with the most beautiful and rare species of fish. The weather is fantastic and the people are nice and welcoming. You can find regular buses to Funchal at only 6km or rent you own car to go for a trip around the beautiful island. Here you find one of the symbols of Madeira, The Cristo Rei statue, in a breathtaking cliff, reminding Rio de Janeiro.
