Terre di Orpiano is a typical Marchigian farmhouse dating back to the 19th century. The architecture reminds the territory and the renovation works have been carried out with total respect to its history and in harmony with the surrounding nature.
The house is located on a secluted and dominating position inside a property of around 15 ha overlooking the Potenza valley with a stunning view on the gentle slopes dotted with olive groves.
Accomodation is available in four self-catering apartments which offer comfort and privacy and can sleep between two and four guests.
The swimming pool measuring 6m x 13m is set on a natural and panoramic terrace where guests can relax and enjoy a splendid view over the countryside.

Overlooked by its towers it is attractive for the monumental Piazza del Popolo bordered with many colonnaded noble buildings which look onto the square.
