Description of object We have two 3 bedroom villas to rent in the new Salinas Village. The complex is situated on the white sanded island of Maio. The villas are situated only a short walk from the 5 km. long sandy beach, across natural salt flats, and 5 minutes walk from the capital Vila do Maio, With its restaurants, bars and shops. Maio is a beautiful island for relaxing, with fantastic beaches, superb fishing and watersports and a very laid back atmosphere

All villas are finished to an extremely high standard with ceramic tiles in the kitchens and bathrooms and Arabic style roof tiles. Kitchens include a fridge, freezer, stove and boiler. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The gardens are planted with palm trees, lemon trees and papayas and are walled with natural stone.
3 bed Villa Morro They have a kitchen, large living room and dining room, 2 bathrooms and terrace. The third bedroom is in the turret with an en suite bathroom and roof terrace. are built on a 450 sq. meter plot and have a total living area including the terraces of 166 sq.meters.
The other 3 bed Villa is on one floor and has also a large living room and dining room, The kitchen has a large work area and also a laundry room. The two bathrooms are tiled and have a walk in shower in both of them. They are both tastefully decorated and all the floors are tiled. There are terraces at the back for the morning sun.
