Situated in a pedestrian area next to the heart of Rome the Studio ’03 Z stands in a calm small square, just out of the touristic circuit. It is plunged into a neighborhood of 2-3 floor houses, with a good fruit and vegetable morning street market, at only twenty-five minutes on foot to the Colosseum and less than 15 to S. Croce in Gerusalemme.
The Loft is 100 sq.m. + 30 of duplex, the barrel vault ceilings are more than 4 meters high and there is a good daylight all along the day-time. The deplacement, aboundancy and the modern style of the furniture make the lounge area extremely comfortable and livable. There are two bedrooms on the duplex and the other two double beds are nicely scattered around the very large living area. There is also one single bedroom. The central heating is independent and very efficient. There is a very good hi-fi system plus two small ones, a dvd home theatre system. The kitchen is completely furnished. There is one parking place in the private courtyard.
Location of object
The area is very well connected to the very centre of Rome, being next to a main public transport crossroad, so that any tourist site in Rome is at most at 35 minutes by bus or tram from the apartment. Some examples: tram 19 direct line to St. Peter, bus 81 to Navona square and Pantheon. Regular maps, public transport maps and guides to cultural and evening events in Rome are available in the loft. There is one parking place in the private courtyard.
