We welcome singles, couples, families and groups (8 up 12 people) for both short and long stays.

The unit about 150 smq sleeps up to 10/12 people. It has four - 4 closed bedrooms TWO -2- Bathroom: a bathroom with cabin shower and the another one with bath tubwith cabin shower.
Hall,living area, an equipped kitchen with dining area furnished with pots and pans, utensils.

The unit is equipped with a satellite TV, washing machine, iron and board, and a vacuum cleaner, internet,DVD, CD Player. House wares, linens and towels are supplied.

The apartment is located at the 3rd floor with elevator, in downtown, in the Esquilino Hill in an old and elegant building (1800) at 50 meters from the 'Acquario Romano - Casa dell'Architettura' at Via Principe Amedeo behind Piazza Vittorio.

From the apartment you can reach walking the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore Church in 5 minutes.
Also the nice and old Palazzo Brancaccio ,Neros House,Colosseo-Fori Imperiali in 5 minutes too.
In the nearby different bus lines and the underground Metro A and B. The central railway station is at 300 meters from the apartment.

We are right next to a subway station Piazza VITTORIO EMANUELE (one minute walk) . At about 100 metro different busses linen and underground METRO A Vittorio Emanuele (Line RED) goes to:
