Description of objectLa Casita is a luxurious, fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment overlooking one of the finest swimming pools at Roda Golf & Beach Resort set in lush gardens and is perfectly ideal for relaxing or as a base for your holiday – golfing or non-golfing! The gated community at Roda Golf & Beach Resort is home not only to a challenging Dave Thomas designed 18 hole golf par 72 golf course but also offers a wonderful Beach Club at the end of La Manga and the recently opened Casa Club House - all managed by DeVere.
The Roda Golf Beach Club at La Manga …… just perfect for “a getaway from it all day” with restaurants and swimming pools, tennis, sun beds and transport to and from the Resort – no need to take a car. The Beach Club has a restaurant and bar service, which also serves the pool & beach area, a supervised swimming pool with Jacuzzi, solarium, changing rooms with lockers, etc… all for the exclusive benefit of the owners and residents and guests of Roda Golf & Beach Resort.
La Casita is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, including central heating for those cooler winter days as well as hot and cold air conditioning to keep you comfortable during the hotter periods. La Casita will host 4 people comfortably in its two double bedrooms each furnished with twin beds. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and the second double bedroom has exclusive use of the smaller but very well equipped shower room. All bedding and linens and towels and hairdryers are provided. Each bedroom has large double wardrobes with plenty of hanging and storage space as well as shutters to either let in or block out the sunshine (during your afternoon Siesta).
A TV and DVD are provided as well as comfortable sitting room seating and outside dining on the large terrace overlooking the pool. There is also a selection of DVD’s and CD’s for your enjoyment whilst you are staying at La Casita. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster, juicer and coffee maker as well as iron and ironing board.
Location of objectRoda Golf & Beach Resort Roda Golf’s convenient location to nearby transport links including motorway and rail ensure that day trips to the Medieval city of Murcia or Roman and Carthagian Cartagena as well as fabulous historic Granada are all perfectly possible. It is also only 3 hours or so from Madrid or Granada if you wanted an extra special day trip during your visit. Getting there is also easy – Murcia (San Javier Airport) is 10 minutes from the resort and Alicante only a 50 minute drive along the motorway and both airports are served by numerous quality and low cost airlines.
