Description of object'La Casa di Petra' was once a rustico or farmhouse. This house was carefully rebuilt between 2006 and 2008 using the original 'mattoni' bricks and 'coppi' as roofing material. Approximately 20 meters southeast of the main house, a second, smaller structure was converted into an apartmenthouse and became available for guests in 2009 with the apartments 'Il Gufo', 'L'Olivo' and 'L'Oleandro'. All apartments are luxuriously furnished and equipped and are located in a quiet spot right above an extensive vineyard. The large garden of about 6000 sq.metres consists of olive, fig, and fruit trees and is available to guests as well as a herbal garden.The beaches (sand and shingle) at the 'Riviera delle Palme' can be reached in 15 minutes; the 'Monti Sibillini' is under an hour’s drive by car. There are excellent restaurants in the area as well as good shopping. For those interested in golf, there is an 18-hole golf course near Ancona (~1 hour) and a smaller 9-hole course near Massignano (~20 minutes). Both houses are situated on an easterly slope at an altidude of approx. 270 m with panoramic views to the southeast on the ancient town of Ripatransone, to the north and northeast to Montefiore dell’Aso and Massignano, inbetween to the adriatic sea and down the slopes onto the splendid vineyards. The apartmenthouse is equipped with a terrace on the first floor for the apartments 'L'Oleandro' and 'L'Olivo' and at the basement with a portico (covered terrace) for 'Il Gufo' as well as with it´s own herbal garden. The windows of the sleeping rooms as well as the portico present a gorgeous panoramic view at the slopes of Ripatransone. Washing-room in the basement with washing machine and dryer against a fee, ironing-board w/iron. All the apartments are equipped with wire mesh at the windows and terrace doors. Fitness room in the basement equipped with Ergometerbike, Crosstrainer, Barbell bench, stomach muscle training unit and Sat-TV. Location of objectQuiet location away from the main roads but nevertheless near the beaches (~15 km). Distance to the provincial road approx. 100 m and 1 km to the 'Cantina dei Colli Ripani' (wine, spirits, and olive oil).Olives grove with places to relax and to enjoy the view. Apart from more than 40 olive tress, several almond and figg trees, fruit- and walnut trees, is there as well a herbal garden with pizza oven at the mainhouse. Town: Italy, Riviera delle Palme, RipatransoneRipatransone is a small medieval town on top of the highest hill of the area (470 m above sea-level) with a number of sights.There is an old theater, amphitheater, museum, churches and the most narrow lane of Italy (43 cm width). Breath-taking panoramic view to the south, west an north covering the Gran Sasso area and the Monti Sibillini and as well the adriatic sea.
