Situated in the beautiful Sierra de Ricote with stunning views of the mountains and valley. The historic village of Ricote is only a few minutes away. The Valley de Ricote is traditionally Spanish where fruit production and farming is still very much in existance. Our apartment is set within the grounds of the owners property surrounded by almond and olive groves. Newly built on a single storey, it has its own balcony, parking area and garden terrace.

The Rio de Seguro runs through the towns of the Valley de Ricote, crossing citrus groves in the meadows with a complex network of irrigation channels providing water. The town of Ricote has an ancient fortress called Alarbona by the Arabs. It has two interesting examples of baroque architecture; the church of San Esteban and the Palacete de Llamas, where houses have facades plastered in vivid colours.
