The house is 196 m2 and is inviting and bright. It is suitable for families or larger groups.

It has a large kitchen, and from the kitchen there is a door leading to the porch and out to the garden. The dining room is spacious and bright.

There are 4 bedrooms, toys and playstation for the kids, cozy atmosphere for the adults. Two bathrooms. Fully equipped large kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, gas stoves, blender, juicer and expresso machine.

Shops, coffee houses, restaurants are all in short walking distance from the apartment.

You are only 10 minuets to walk to the center or the ocean site.
