Description of objectTo be released for rental from 1 August 2012Luxurious 4 bed room (3 en suite bathroom) penthouse apartment with roof terrace and Jacuzzi. The apartment is situated on the top floors 5 & 6 and have a private 75 m2 roof terrace with Jacuzzi on the 7 floor. Inside the apartment there is a direct staircase access between floor 5, 6 and the private roof garden on floor 7. Lift goes to 5th floor. The main entrance is on 5th floor (one bed room have it's own entrance on 5th floor but it is also connected to the rest of the apartment). The 6 storey house consist of 90 apartments ranging from studios, 1-3 bedroom units and penthouse units with private roof terrace. The total living area of this unique penthouse apartment (2 exists and those are the largest in the complex) is 320 sqm and there is stunning sea view from all points of these corner apartments. The apartment is located at a sand beach. In front of the house, apartment there is a 70 m long adventure swimming pool. There is also one more pool with spectacular infinity views. There is a reception open 24 hours daily and 5 star hotel service. The resort have 2 restaurants, bar, cafe, grocery shop, tennis and world class gym.
