Description of objectThe apartment is furnished in a comfortable, contemporary style and is spacious, light and airy.There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, a bathroom, a lounge/dining room and a kitchen. In the underground parking there is an allocated space. Las Brisas is a newly completed development situated on a hill overlooking the town of Puerto de Mazzaron. This lovely apartment in is on the top (3rd) floor, and benefits from stunning views of the mountain ranges that surround the bay of Mazarron. For wonderful summer living, there is a balcony accessed from the living room and double bedroom, plus a fantastic 56sqm private roof terrace, accessed from the living room. This has sea and mountain views, as well as sun loungers for relaxing the day away. The Apartment block also has a large communal pool, with a special divided shallow area for younger children. There are changing rooms, showers and toilets beside the pool, as well as plenty of space for lounging. Location of objectThe flat is in a quiet residential area of the town, situated at the top of a hill, giving spectacular views over the town, the mountains and the sea.It is within short walking distance to all shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, the marina, the promenade, the indoor and outdoor markets. Town: Spain, Costa Calida, Puerto de MazarronMazarron bay is enclosed by the mountain ranges of Sierras Moreras, Almenara, Algorobo, Lo Alto, Muela and slightly further to the North, Sierra Espuña. This gives Mazarron Bay a 'microclimate' which invariably results in better weather than the rest of Spain. Puerto de Mazarron boasts more than 300 days of sunshine every year. The coastline of Puerto has many kilometres of fine sandy beaches and safe bathing.For keen walkers, there are fantastic hills and mountains within a short driving distance. We have seen people surf there, so that's a possibility, along with diving and snorkelling- there's a small reef in the bay. Bike hire is available locally. There is a museum, as well as other sites of cultural and historical interest. A particularly good day out is a trip to the old naval installations at Cabo Tinoso. This mountain fort has spectacular views, and fascinating architecture.
