Description of objectLocation – Portoroz, the port of rosesLocated in the heart of Portoroz, lovely and most popular town on the Slovenian coast, the apartment is a perfect accommodation for your holidays. Fully equipped for 4 persons Apartment (45m2) is fully equipped and suitable for a comfortable stay of up to four people (three adults or two adults and two children). Equipment – everything you need for your comfortable stay - Lobby with mini-kitchen with induction hob,microwave oven,dishwasher - Living room (sofa bed, TV and radio, cable internet) with dining table - Bedroom with double bed and exit to the terrace - Bathroom with shower and washing machine - Toilet with washbasin Enjoy the large terrace From the living room there is an exit to a large terrace which is partly covered. There are also a garden table and 4 chairs. Parking – no problem! The apartment has its own parking space, accessible through the remote control gate. What facilities are nearby? Free Portoroz beach is approximately 300m away from the apartment, the Center of Portoroz (Kempinski Hotel Palace) is approximately 1000m away. In the immediate vicinity there is all the infrastructure, shops, tennis courts, mini golf, water sports on the beach, as well as health center, pharmacy, post office, bank and plenty of restaurants and daily bars. The rental options The apartment is available on a weekly rental basis. Upon prior agreement, the rental period can also be shorter, depending on the availability. Daily rental price is somewhat higher in this case. Price 80-110 EUR/apartment/night (depends on season, No. of persons, No. of nights.) Note:Apartment is not available from 31.10. - 30.4.
