Description of object

Alegria apartment with panoramic views is on the second and last floor of a modern building. With a sunny balcony facing South it is very pleasant to seat all year round outside.
The bedroom has 2 large size single beds and the lounge can sleep 2 people with the new pull out sofa bed.
Most of the equipment is new and all amenities are present to provide you a comfortable stay.
Located in Porto city center there is a free garage for your car.
On the same floor we also have Alegria frente street view. Both apartments can be rented if you ara a large group of family.

Alegria apartment is located in O Porto city center just passing the Faculty of Beautiful Arts - Faculdade de Belas Artes.
We are a very short walk from the cultural and commercial attractions. No need to take public transport.

The apartment is opposite the street and it is very quiet! It faces the inside court yard, and the view is open over the bridges and the Douro river. No buildings blocked the view!
