Description of objectOur lovely, air-conditioned apartment with about 50 square metres is located on the second floor and suitable for up to four persons.
It features a combined living/eating/sleeping room with two single beds and a satellite TV, a separate sleeping room with a wardrobe and a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a well equipped kitchenette (including hobs, sink, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, tableware, cutlery and cooking utensils.
On the large sunny terrace you can enjoy the view over the palm garden in the morning and the fantastic sunsets in the evening.
Location of objectOur popular holiday apartment is part of the well-known holiday resort "Les Maisons de la Mer“ and is situated in the heart of Port El Kantaoui. It boasts a central, but also calm position in the second row of the marina. You only walk a few metres to the impressive port promenade with a multitude of attractive cafes, restaurants and shops. The long, vast sandy beach and the newly built swimming pool are also reachable within three minutes by foot.
In close proximity to our apartment you find banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, surgery, laundrette, hairdresser, car rental, parking, police, postal station.

It has a splendid marina and marvellous gardens and is a pedestrian area. The magnificent architecture of the well-kept village with its crooked lanes and brilliant white houses, of which none looks like the other, has received an international architecture award. The large port promenade invites you to walk along and visit one of the numerous popular cafes and restaurants in every price category.
