Description of objectThe Luxury apartment has two bedrooms. One contains a king size bed , the other one a double bed.There is also 2 sofa's in the living room that converts into 2 double beds.Apartment The apartment is fully air conditioned for summer and heated for winter. Lounge Dining area with table and 6 upholstered chairs, office/writing desk with upholstered chair,There are 2 white leather sofa's in the living room that converts into 2 double beds and 2 white leather chairs,curtains,ceiling and wall lights and pictures,tiled floor. There is a 48' flatscreen plasma cable TV and dvd player with surround sound entertainment centre to play music. The lounge room has one balcony which looks out over the pool area below, and has a direct sea view. Master Bedroom King size bed with good quality mattress and headboard,bed cover and throw,tiled floor, bedside lockers with drawers and lamps. 3 door wardrobe with internal drawers,dressing table with mirror, 3 shelved unit and 26'flatscreen LCD cable TV.Large framed mirror,wall and ceiling lights,janille curtains. The master bedroom also has a spectacular sea view, nice to wake up to in the mornings. Second Bedroom Fully floor tiled with double bed with good quality mattress and headboard,bed cover and throw,dressing table with mirror, 2 door wardrobe. Kitchen Fitted Floor and wall units with shelves. Built in plunge sink with side plate stand. Built in oven with glass hot plates,air extractor,fridge-freezer,washing machine,dishwasher,toaster,marble worktops,coffee maker, microwave,crockery and cutlery for 6. All electrical goods are branded French or German makes. Bathroom The bathroom consists of one shower , a bath with shower facility , twin wash basins set in marble surround fully tiled with toilet.
